Sprindle points you to records and the shops that carry them. It doesn't sell records itself, so always check with the shop before you go.
By using the Sprindle app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You need to be old enough to accept these terms where you live.
Sprindle is a discovery guide. It shows information about records, producers, events and record shops, and links you to the places where you can listen, buy tickets or buy records. Sprindle does not sell records or tickets and is not a party to anything you buy from a shop or another service.
"In Stock Now" information comes from the shops themselves and from their Discogs listings, and is refreshed regularly but not in real time. A record may sell before the app updates, and prices are set by the shop. "Where to Dig" suggestions are based on the styles a shop specialises in and are not a statement that the record is in stock. Please confirm with the shop before making a trip.
Your account is stored on your device. You're responsible for keeping your device and password secure, and for the information you enter. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
Please don't misuse Sprindle: don't try to disrupt or overload our servers, access them in ways other than through the app, copy the catalogue in bulk, or use the app to break any law.
Artist and label names, record titles and shop names are used to identify them and belong to their owners. Their appearance in Sprindle does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with the app. Artist photos are used under the licences credited on each profile.
Previews and most record sleeves are provided by Apple Music, catalogue information and the remaining sleeves draw on MusicBrainz and its Cover Art Archive, and marketplace data is provided by Discogs. When you use or open these services, their own terms apply. Sprindle isn't responsible for third-party content, websites or services.
We work to keep Sprindle accurate and available, but the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that information such as release details, event dates, stock or prices is complete, current or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Sprindle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from relying on information in the app, such as a wasted trip to a shop. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these terms. When a change matters, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using Sprindle and delete your account at any time.
